Jewelry made from mineral stones and semi-precious stones are natural products that require gentler care. To preserve their beauty for as long as possible, we recommend:

• Do not wear them in contact with water - bathing, showering, swimming can weaken the components and distort the appearance of some stones, or they may oxidize.
  
• Protect them from chemicals - perfumes, hairsprays, shower gels, creams or cleaning agents can cause changes in color, surface structure or shine of stones and metal parts.
  
• Do not expose them to direct sunlight for extended periods - some stones may fade or lose their color intensity over time.
  
• Store them separately, preferably in a sealable bag or jewelry box, to prevent scratches and mechanical damage.
• Protect from impacts and falls - when hitting a hard surface, minerals can chip, crack or break completely.
  
  

Measurement procedure

1. Wrap a classic tailor's tape measure or any string around your wrist. Try to wrap it as tightly as possible.
2. If you have decided to measure with a tailor's tape measure, then the number where the tape measure intersects represents the circumference of your wrist and is approximately the same as the circumference of the bracelet. If you are measuring your wrist circumference with a string, hold it where the string intersects and place it against a classic ruler to find the exact circumference.

This way you can find out the actual size of the bracelet, which will certainly fit your hand perfectly. Make sure to choose the right size of the bracelet. You definitely don't want the bracelet to be too tight or fall off your hand.

We use components made of surgical steel or stainless steel for our earrings. These materials are hypoallergenic, suitable for most people with sensitive skin, and highly resistant to corrosion and discoloration.

The necklaces contain components made of stainless steel, which is strong, colorfast, and easy to maintain. Stainless steel is also suitable for everyday wear.

Yes, if you believe in the energetic effects of minerals, you can clean your jewelry in various ways. However, each stone has its own specifics and not all of them will withstand the same cleaning techniques. Some are sensitive to water, others to sun or heat.

Here is an overview of some common minerals and recommended cleaning methods

1. Choosing a shipping method when ordering

In the cart, after entering your details, you can choose a delivery method:

• Packeta – delivery to a collection point or Z-BOX (also for the Czech Republic)
  
• Slovak Post – BalíkoBOX / PoštaPOINT or delivery to the address (also for the Czech Republic)
  

2. Choosing a delivery location – after paying for the order

If you choose Packeta or Slovenská pošta – BalíkoBOX, the selection of a specific delivery location will take place only after completing the payment.

👉 After payment, you will be automatically redirected to the map, where you can choose a delivery location.

🔔 If you do not have time to complete the selection of the location, we will send you an email or SMS with the option to choose a location later.

3. Delivery to the address – without selecting a delivery location

If you choose delivery to the address (e.g. Slovak Post – to the address), the jewelry will be automatically sent to the address you entered when ordering. In this case, you do not select any delivery location.

🛈 Warning: When delivering to the address, Slovak Post may only leave a notification of storage at the post office (so-called yellow ticket) in the case of a larger shipment or an inaccessible mailbox, without attempting home delivery.

Free shipping applies to orders with a value of over €60 after applying the discount code, if payment is made in advance. Please note that free shipping does not apply to cash on delivery orders.

Delivery time depends on the time of ordering and the selected delivery method.

• Orders are usually shipped within two business days.
