Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

In order to return your item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, so it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept backorders or items purchased using gift vouchers.

Exchanges
To ensure that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the delivered item and make a separate purchase of the new item once your return has been received.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. However, your item must still be in the same condition as when you received it, so it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will let you know and let you know whether we have approved your refund. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.
